How much are tickets?

If you buy tickets online, the prices are:
Fairchild Members: $20
Fairchild Member Children* (3-10 years old): $15
Non-members: $28
Non-member Children* (3-10 years old): $20

Season passes are:
Fairchild Members: $40
Fairchild Member Children* (3-10 years old): $30
Non-members: $50
Non-member Children* (3-10 years old): $35

*Babies and children 2 years and younger are free.

Tickets can also be purchased at Fairchild for $2 more each ticket. Additionally we have a limited number of these tickets available at the Box Office day of on a first-come-first-serve basis.* While we recommend buying tickets online in order to save your spot, if you do want to buy at the Box Office, we suggest coming early.

*Note: Tickets for the NYE event on Dec 31 are sold online ONLY. There will not be tickets at the gate.

What dates are you open?

We run from Nov 23 - Jan 11. However, NightGarden is closed on November 26, 27; December 1, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 24, 27, 29, and January 7, 8 due to previously scheduled events at Fairchild. Please do not go to the Gardens on those blackout dates as there will be no tickets for sale! We ARE open on Christmas and New Years. On Dec 31, we will have a special NYE event and will be open until midnight.

What is the season pass?

The season pass allows you one entry on each day the NightGarden is open so you can
visit as many times as you want. Bring your friends! To redeem your season pass, you’ll need to bring your ticket and photo ID. Your ID will be checked each time you come.

Why didn't I get my tickets in my email?

Please check your spam folder first and do a search in your inbox for "Showclix." If you still don't see it, send an email to [email protected].

Can I exchange or refund my ticket?

While tickets are non-refundable, they can be exchanged for a $5 fee per ticket by going to the Box Office on the day you wish to exchange it. Exchanges are subject to availability, so please check to make sure the new date you want is not sold out first.

What if it rains?

Tickets are rain or shine, but you can exchange your ticket for another day for a $5 fee.

How do I get member pricing?

You have to be a member of Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in order to get the pricing. If you are a member, select the member ticket options in Showclix, and you’ll be asked to present your Member ID upon arrival to the event. What if I’m late or early to the time I purchased?

No problem! You will still be able to enter, and we will still honor your ticket.

I forgot to print out my tickets!

That is okay too. We can scan the QR code on your phone from the email Showclix sends out.

What time do I go if a bought a Groupon?

Because we only had a limited number of Groupon tickets for sale, if you have one, you can go in at any time starting from 6pm.

THE EXPERIENCE

Is this a family friendly event?

Yes, it definitely is!

Is the experience ADA accessible?

Yes, Fairchild is fully accessible for individuals with disabilities. However, there are some areas that may be difficult to navigate after periods of rain. In those cases, guests with wheelchairs and walkers may exchange their tickets at the Box Office on a new date at no charge.

What should I bring?

Bring your ticket, your photo ID, and if you are a Fairchild member, please bring your membership card. We recommend wearing shoes that you are comfortable walking long distances in. No outside food or drink is permitted.

Can I bring my dog?

Service animals for the disabled are permitted, but pets, unfortunately, are not.

How long may I spend at the experience?

We estimate the journey through the NightGarden to take between 1-1.5 hours, but you are free to explore and enjoy our food and beverage selection at your leisure!

Can I explore Fairchild at the NightGarden?

Yes! Fairchild will be open and you are encouraged to explore the grounds.

Can I get more information about the games?

We currently have two "challenges" at the NightGarden, our Mystical Scavenger Hunt and our Fairy Quest. The rules are listed on the posters onsite. We've also heard rumors of a secret challenge. Perhaps other areas of the site has more information?
